After the beta-version of "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Arena" ended, Konami released the full launch at 06-26-2014.
The following is the matching announcement from Konami:

We'll be also celebrating the full launch with a 2 week (until 9 July Maintenance) campaign that features the following:
1. Newly created accounts will receive 10 extra cards on top of the 40 card deck to start off with!
2. Daily bonuses will be doubled up to 2,000DP!

We plan to hold occasional events and campaigns, so please stay tuned for more information.
We hope you enjoy "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Arena".

Notice: this Event was extended. It has been available until July, 23.

In own words:

10 Bonus cards for each new account (Startercards are always the same!);
2,000 Dp instead of 1,000 Dp per day for only one duel, no matter if you lose;

This means:

with the possible 2,000 Dp from greetings and 2,000 possible Dp from winning 5 matches, one can earn 6750 Dp without recovering Stamina each day!
recovering Stamina is currently more worthwhile, since you will gain 500 Dp each time you duel if you have already dueled 10 times this day!

What do you mean? Does this event support non-credit player or does it push people to spend money, so they can make full use of this event?
